Schloss Vaux Assmannshäuser Pinot Noir

With its refined, silken structure, our sparkling Pinot weaves a singular tale of its origins in the renowned “steep Pinot slopes“ of Assmannshausen. This is the heart of Pinot growing in the Rheingau with its calcareous grey slate soil and excellent heat retention and drainage properties along its 30° – 60° slopes.

It promises a one-of-a-kind tasting experience with aromatic notes of dark berries, expressive spice and a corset of supple tannins, bountiful fresh berries and expressive spice, and sumptuous notes of dark chocolate on the finish.
