An incredibly lively character dense with gripping Riesling fruit and a sophisticated intensity. Intense brioche notes join diverse red fruits, notably red currant, that capture the wine’s crisp delicacy and an almost noble elegance.

This is the long-anticipated release of our sparkling Riesling from our own vineyards.

This vintage required rigorous, uncompromising selection during the harvesting of the grapes and promises a striking tango between tense acidity and saline minerality.
